Lek and Daeng’s Adventure. By Gabriel Melillo Grade 5 Miguel. It was so heavy that Lek had to go into the water to push the net. He was a very good swimmer. When he went in the water he felt frightened and curious but he thought people are brave when they are scared.

  1. Lek and Daeng’s Adventure By Gabriel Melillo Grade 5 Miguel

  2. It was so heavy that Lek had to go into the water to push the net. He was a very good swimmer.

  3. When he went in the water he felt frightened and curious but he thought people are brave when they are scared. So down he went to get the net up.

  4. When he finally got the net on the boat, he showed Daeng what was in the net. Daeng was curious aswell and helped Lek. Lek cut the net with his knife and grabbed the last piece and swam back to the boat slowly.

  5. When Lek came back with the net, they found a lobster guarding a rusty, old box. In this box they thought there was gold. They were so astonished they smashed the lock at once.

  6. They looked inside and saw daggers, knives and all kinds of amazing weapons. They looked at each other and started dancing round the boat and Daeng shouted “Yeah this is my new life!”
