What is it? A simple to use customizable program that is designed to enable the remodeling customer to locate, attract and capture more window business.
Step 1 Norandex and Atrium Sales Person • Identify targets • Meet with potential targets to review program and determine their level of interest in the program. • A full commitment and desire to use the program works best.
Dealer Profile • Typically a small to medium sized contractor. • Currently offers replacement windows as a product and service offering or is interested in adding replacement windows as an additional offering. • Is interested in growing their replacement window business through sales and marketing. • Does not currently have a sales process for in home selling or would like to add to the one they use now. • May or may not have a dedicated sales person. • Interested in increasing their sales performance in the home to capture more business. • Is open-minded to sales growth and new ideas. • Willing to make an investment of time to increase sales. • Understands the importance of sales and marketing in growing their business. • Interested in enhancing their image with the customer. • Understands the importance of value selling over price selling.
Step 2 Send Program Enrollment form to Cheryl Reid (NX Marketing) Enrollment acknowledgement Welcome letter from the branch – sent to branch from Cheryl. Certificate from branch – sent to branch from Cheryl. 200 free door hangers Norandex offer of Mailbox Marketing mailer introduction. (Optional)
Step 3 Create a “pitch book/Leave Behind” using the current VIPro Select Energy Savings Pocket Folder for the selected VIPro contractors to use to include but not limited to: • Norandex and/or Contractor company information • VIPro Select certificate • Product brochures – Feature Guide • Energy efficiency information (On folder but could be printed out from http://www.efficientwindows.org/ for dealer’s specific area.) • Performance data (Depending on dealer’s level of comfort with data) • Warranty • Quote sheet
Availability of pitch book / leave behind contents Pocket folders have been delivered to each Norandex branch based on zone. Sales materials are available online at the ViewPoint Media site http://viewmedia.atriumwindows.com

Step 4 • Instructional one-on-one meeting on how to use and apply the program. • Introduction to 10-step sales process. • Presentation review of the use and application of the pitch book/Leave behinds created for the dealer.
