  3. EVENTS • Friday Family Fiesta - 23 & 30 July and 6, 13 & 27 August. Firework display at 10pm • The Kids Family Fun Festival will run in the Lower Gardens from the 2-29 August with a range of activities for children • Bournemouth Summer Live – fashion weekend in the Town Centre from the 10-12 June, the Big Screen in the Gardens showing Wimbledon from the 21 June- 4 July and a Digital arts event in the Lower Gardens from the 16–18 July • Multicultural ‘Mela’ festival, Kings Park, 13 June 10am – 6pm, celebration of cultures in Bournemouth including dancing, workshops, food, music & entertainment • Thai Festival Kings Park, 1 August – annual celebration of Thai culture including demonstrations, music, dancing, food and drink • Air Festival - limited number of catering opportunities for unique offers from local caterers in the Town Centre along with one bar offer. DELEGATE RESERVATIONS • Inner Wheel – 12–14 April 2010, Delegate Reservations booked over 790 delegates, which equated to over £154k • Rotary International in Great Britain & Ireland, 16–18 April 2010, Delegate Reservations booked over 450 delegates, which equated to over £70k • Inner Wheel and Rotary are returning in 2012 and RCN hopefully in 2014

BIC • BH Live (Leisure, International Venues & Events) 1 May 2010 the management and operation of the BIC, Bournemouth Pavilion and 5 Leisure Centres transferred to a new Charitable Company, Limited by Guarantee. Established to promote leisure, cultural and business opportunities for public benefit and working in partnership with Bournemouth Borough Council. BH Live's registered office will be at BIC, Exeter Road, Bournemouth • BIC and Pavilion sell-out concerts by Peter Andre, Ken Dodd and Dara O'Briain over the Easter period • 'Britain's Got Talent' winners - Diversity, performed another full capacity show in the BIC's Windsor Hall
