Test A- Create a folder and name it Solution A. It is the Solution A folder and the documents that it contains will be graded based on the following directions. The files you will need are located in the MCAS folder, PowerPoint folder, Objective 1 folder. Create a blank presentation, and save it with the name MyBlank. Close Create a new presentation based on the Company Meeting Presentation template in the Presentation/Business category of Office Online, and save it with the name MyTemplate. Close Create a new presentation based on the Existing presentation, and save it with the name MyExisting. Close Create a new presentation based on the Outline document, and save it with the name MyOutline. (Outline document is in the MCAS folder, PowerPoint, Objective 1) . Insert your name in the footer and then print MyOutline slides in a handout with 6 slides to a page. Close Open a blank presentation, and ensure that the Apex theme will be automatically applied to any sides you create. Then change the color scheme that will be used for all slides to Verve. Save it with the name MyApex. Close Open another blank presentation, and ensure that any slides you create will be formatted with the Style8 background. Then change the background for all slides to the Denim texture. Save it with the name MyDenim. In the MyDenim presentation, change the background so that any slides you create will be filled with the Mosaic graphic. Save it with the name MyMosaic. Close Open a new blank presentation, insert a new master layout after the title Slide Layout, ad then delete the Blank Layout. Save it with the name MyMaster. In the MyMaster presentation, insert a copy of the Two Content Layout. Save it with the name MyMasterContent. Close.
Test A- continued 9. In the blank presentation, turn off the footer placeholders on the Title slide Layout. Save it with the name MyFooter. Close. 10. In the blank presentation, insert the Logo graphic in the lower-right corner of all the slides. Save it with the name MyLogo. Close. 11. Open the Printing presentation, change the slide orientation to Portrait, and then size the slides to fit letter paper. Save it with the name MyPrinting. Close. 12. Open the Transition presentation, and apply the Cover Left-up transition to all the slides in the presentation. Add the wind sound to the transition, and then set the transition speed to slow. Save it with the name MyTransition. Close. 13. Open the NoTransition presentation, and remove the transition effect from all slides. Save it with the name MyNoTransition. Close. 14. Open the NewSlide presentation, and add a new slide with the default layout after the title slide. Then add a slide with two content placeholders. Save it with the name MyNewSlide. Close. 15. Open the DeleteSlidepresentation, and delete Slide 6. Save it as MyDeleteSlide. Close. 16. Open the RearrangeSlides presentation, and reorder the slides so that slide 8 (The Teacher) appears before slide 6 (The Problem). Then make Slide 9 (The Adversary) appear before slide 7 (The Problem). Save it with the name My Rearrange. Insert your name in the footer and then print Rearrange Slides in handout with 6 slides to a page. Close. NOTE: You should have 17 files.
