  3. But What Is Leprosy? • A chronic, infectious disease caused by a germ related to TB • Completely curable • Left untreated it can lead to • Loss of sensation and mobility • Injury • Disability • Can also lead to discrimination, persecution, stigma, injustice

  4. The Leprosy Mission • An International Christian development organisation • Working in nearly 30 countries in Africa and Asia • Bringing healing and justice to people affected by leprosy
