Maestro-eTime Process • Timesheets are automatically created based on defined parameters • Exempt Employees only need to account for Time Off • Flexible Timesheet Review Process • Adjusted Timesheet can be created for prior periods • Automatic Reminder Email to Managers
Timesheets • Exempt Employees only need to enter time out of the office • Non-Exempt Full-Time Employees can have standard work hours automatically pre-populated • Timesheets pass through various stages: • Composing • Saved • Submitted • Approved/Rejected • Processed • Adjustment Submitted • Adjustment in Process
Time Off • Enter Time Off based on company guidelines • Allow for 2 Time Off entries per day • Indicate that Time Off is covered under FMLA
Timesheet Review • Managers review Timesheets • Timesheets are organized by stage, i.e. Pending Approval, Not Submitted, Approved, Denied • Approve all at once or individually
Timesheet Adjustments • Correct prior period Timesheet • Re-submit Timesheet with adjustment • Once adjusted, original Timesheet is locked
HR Timesheet Review • HR Department has overall view of company Timesheets • Review summary information by Manager or Cost Center • Click on individual name to review a specific Timesheet • Approve or Reject Timesheets
Time Off Allocations • Account for Vacation, Holidays, Sick, and Personal Days • Automatically populate allocations from other internal source or define algorithm to calculate in eTime
Roles & Responsibilities • Review & Define Roles within eTime • Administrative Roles include: • Manager • Administrator • Proxied Admin • Payroll Admin
Pay Periods • Establish Pay Periods and Parameters • Timesheet Dates • Weekly / Bi-Weekly • Employee Lock Date • Manager Reminder Date • Manager Lock Date • Payroll Deadline Date
Timesheet Matrix • Establish Timesheet Rules to match all possible situations • Associate Timesheet Rule to appropriate Employee
Alternate Timesheet Reviewer • Select someone else to review your employees’ Timesheets • Select by individual and establish a set time period
