Implications for our consortium • Everybody is responsible for communication • Every partner institution is equal • Every working individual is equal ! • Please avoid pressure – confrontation = loss of time • Consensus = good mood and effective work • Read and remember our predefined objectives • Keep our common future in mind

  8. Implications for coordinators • Responsibility on fullfilment of our program • Duties and rights : • encouragement of working groups • to nominate / exchange participants • to be in charge of documentations
