  2. Approval of minutes from February 1, 2018 • Next department meetings are: April 12, 2018 (not April 5) May 3, 2018

  3. Administrative Dates • Verification of attendance (VOA) is due today March 1. • Classroom observations of adjuncts under the 3-year review must be done by March 17. • Fall 2018 teaching preference form is due Thursday, March 15. • Schedule an annual evaluation conference meeting. • Technology fee is due to the dean as soon as possible. • Midterm grades are due Thursday, April 12.
