6. Updates (Staff) • Received conference list, this should be done now • Question - Who is the lead for CC STC education now? •  Don and Dennis were working on getting an EAB member in place of Don. David Grier also said he will talk to Jean-Luc. • Dade upload problem resolved- if this is not the case please inform Yes, this is good now. • Waiting on Vol - Access issue by Mooney – waiting to determine if Mooney’s issues are more than just hers Nobody else followed up. • Request for CLOSER MOU – working on it, but the conference organizers should also have a copy They submitted through IEEE web site and have no copy. • Join button – deployment delayed because release manager is out. Hopefully Monday • Tri-Fold ETA – after the Board meetings

Updates (Staff – cont.) • Waiting on Vol - MOU for Cloud Magazine forwarded to CS president, CS Pubs chair will be handling EiC search after that (Jan 25) • Waiting on Vol - Blog posting – updated picture and description, I believe this is set, please confirm (Jan 18) • New corrections are pending. • Waiting on Staff - 9x11 flyer – also in the hands of staff, but because of the additional work with the tri-fold this will be delayed (Jan 11) • Waiting on Vol - Marketing plan – still waiting on a clear, focused goal on the volunteer side before continuing discussions, timing flexible (Dec 15) •  This is low priority now. • Waiting on staff - Staff working on Newsletter template and guidelines (Dec 15) • Waiting on vol - STC handbook currently being reviewed by new president, will be discussed at February board meeting.

STC Charter, Goals, and Objectives Charter • Provide Information Technology and Enterprise Management with comprehensive, vendor-neutral information that will demystify major cloud-related concerns • (such as ensuring adequate security, framing service level agreements, impacts on staffing, and enabling rapid scaling up and down).
