Plan ahead (appointments, hiring, etc) Encourage staff to stay informed • Watch for additional communication • Critical Deadlines • Memo regarding March 31, deadline for classification requests AND May hiring freeze (this week) • Calendar of all HR important dates (next week) • Attend Training Critical staff should be available to address resolution of issues (week of April 28)
