  1. Easy Self Help The best way to do this is to organise a series of qualifying questions that will lead us nearer to closing the sale. Draw a funnel on a piece of paper and write your questions on the side of the diagram. Put the "open" questions at the top of the funnel and put the more closed questions at the bottom as the funnel narrows. This will really help you to understand how the sales process needs to flow.You've got to remember that people are rarely satisfied with their position in life. They always want more of what they love and less of what they hate. If you can make them believe that buying from you will help them towards their self-realisation the temptation to buy from you will become stronger and stronger.

  2. Ask questions that will make them realise that they can feel better or achieve more in their lives. Work on the customer's ego because anyone feels better if you make them feel more important.Too many people believe that leadership and training is all about one person leading or learning to lead a group of people. That is correct but there's another side to the coin. My experiences, have taught me that every single person in this world needs to be a leader and some shape or form. There are many reasons for this but I will be sharing the three most important in my opinion. They are the fact that becoming a leader is no longer an option, it doesn't have to be difficult or complicated, and there's two ways to get started very quickly.

  3. First, becoming a leader is no longer an option because if you're interested in leading others, you have to be able to at least lead your self first. We can no longer sit back and hope good things are about to happen to us. We can no longer depend on others to help us all the time. We have to take a stand and lead ourselves towards the life that we truly desire. I have made that mistake before and have also seen so many others do the same. This is why becoming a leader through some kind of leadership and training is no longer optional.Second, leadership and training doesn't have to be difficult or complicated.

  4. I say this because I have seen so many people not want anything to do with it because they feel as if it is too much responsibility. I wouldn't say too much but there is definitely some responsibility involved. Living life, in my opinion is an even bigger responsibility and if they can handle that, they can handle anything.This reminds me of Tesla Code Secrets something that I heard one of my mentors say by the name of T. Harv Eker, which is "Every master was once a disaster". In order to be successful with leadership and training, people just have to start where they are.
