HAITI (2) • Tropical Climate • Terrain is mostly rough and mountainous • Population: • 0 to 14 years represent 42% of population • 15 to 64 represent 54% of population • 64 and over represent only 4% of population • 1 million Haitians live outside of Haiti • Literacy (read & write) - 53% of population

  12. Roaming Service in Haiti • Currently there is no roaming service • Haitel is working with Sprint to implement this service • Other operators are working to implement this service • ROAMING Service will encourage competition in HAITI
