  2. Dress Code Dress Appropriately for Learning No Book bags (No String bags, only plastic grocery bag for P.E.) No Tank Tops Shorts / Skirts – Dollar test No holes above the knee / no undergarments exposed What does that mean????

Attendance • Pride in school & self • Attendance directly impact student achievement (excessive check-outs) • Policy – over 12 absences student may not be promoted to next grade. • Check-out > Photo ID, Ident-a-kid system • No check-outs after 2:30pm. • Tardies – 3rd - 5th Tardy – Admin. Lunch det. • 6th – 9th Tardy – Community Service / Office • Begins again at start of new semester

  4. Cramerton Expectations • Please be on time for class. • Please follow the directions of the adults the first time. • Please clean up after yourself. • Please respect others and other’s learning. • Please maintain personal space. • Please follow all Gaston County School rules.

  7. Electronic / Cell Phone Policy • 1st time – confiscate device for a parent to pick up / sign out from Long/Davis. Parent is notified by teacher / student. • 2nd time – confiscate device for a parent to pick up / sign out from Long/Davis. Parent is notified by teacher / student. • 3rd time – confiscate device until the end of the year.

  8. Additional Information • Purchase school locks – safety / 3 years • P. E. – students required to dress out • Connect Ed. – phone calls, emails / update personal information w/ Ms. Ford • Responsibility on the student • Expectations of the Middle School parent • Involvement in child’s education progress • Family meal time – • Flexibility / Expect changes
