DIAGRAMA DE GANTT • Los diagramas de Gantt son ayudas visuales que derivan el nombre de su creador, Henry Gantt, quien desarrollo el concepto en Estados Unidos a principios del siglo XX. • El diagrama de Gantt es un diagrama de barras horizontales en el cual la lista de actividades va debajo del eje vertical y las fechas se colocan a lo largo del eje horizontal.

  3. DESVENTAJAS DEL DIAGRAMA DE GANTT 1. NO MUESTRA RELACIONES DE PROCEDENCIA EN ACTIVIDADES CLARAMENTE 2. NO PERMITE OPTIMIZAR EL DESARROLLO DE UN PROGRAMA 3. NO MUESTRA LAS ACTIVIDADES CRITICAS O CLAVES DE UN PROYECTO

  4. Las tareas se pueden colocar en cadenas secuenciales o se pueden realizar simultáneamente, La tarea menos importante no puede llevarse a cabo hasta que no se haya completado la más importante.
