  3. Project Mission • Mission Statement • Rapidly modernize the State’s core financial system by optimizing our purchased solution through broad employee engagement, engineering to best business practices, and with a determined focus on essential activities.

Project Vision • Vision Statement: • Create a core financial system that empowers employee efficiency, enables program effectiveness, and ensures elegant interactions with Colorado’s customers and residents. The system will support Colorado’s long standing commitment to fiscal discipline, financial accountability, government transparency, and cost-beneficial controls.
