Evaluation of the Multiyear Plan 2000-2003

This evaluation aims to promote continuous improvement of the Multiyear Plan through control, management improvement, conformity verification, and comprehensive preparation. It includes a PPA Evaluation Manual, Management Information System, and Training. The evaluation consists of three steps: program evaluation, results and sector strategy review, and plan evaluation.
