Government of Querétaro State Labour Secretariat Consultation System The electronic consultation system of the Local Council for Conciliation and Arbitration is called: Control System for Work-related issues (SCAL). SCAL is a tool which integrates the information from all areas of the Local Council for Conciliation and Arbitration, and enables it to benefit other areas of the Labour Secretariat and External Entities. This system not only improves the quality of information, it also allows for a faster and more transparent flow of information between the different areas, reducing the staff workload .
