2. Student Center The LOUIE Student Center is used for the following student processes: a. Enroll/Drop/Swap a class b. View Finances c. Update personal information d. View Holds

3. Department Name Student Center • Enroll/Drop/Swap classes • Log into LOUIE and navigate to the Student Center Click the Student Link to go to the Student Center

4. Department Name Student Center • Enroll/Drop/Swap classes Click these links to add/drop classes Click the Weekly Schedule link to view your weekly class schedule Click the Degree Progress link to view transfer credit report and unofficial transcript

5. Student Center • Enroll/Drop/Swap classes Click Add, Drop, or Swap to update your class schedule If class number is not known, click on search to look up class information Once classes have been selected, they will be input on your enrollment shopping cart. Click enter to proceed.

6. Student Center • Enroll/Drop/Swap classes Class information will now appear. If all information is correct, click the next button to continue.

7. Student Center Department Name • Enroll/Drop/Swap classes If more classes need to be added the enrollment shopping cart, enter another class number here Click Proceed to continue

8. Student Center Department Name • Enroll/Drop/Swap classes If all information is correct, click Finish Enrolling to complete the enrollment process

9. Student Center • Enroll/Drop/Swap classes Click Make a payment to complete an online payment. Click My Class Schedule to view class schedule Verify if the process was successful, or if there was an error click Fix Errors or Add Another Class

10. Student Center Department Name • Enroll/Drop/Swap classes If the enrollment process was successful, click on My Class Schedule to view the changes made

11. Student Center Department Name b. View Finances Use the links to update or view finances. To make a payment, click the Make a Payment link.

12. Student Center b. View Finances Follow the directions to complete making a payment, check on financial aid, or see the charges due.

13. Student Center Department Name c. Update personal information Click on one of the links to change the information listed

14. Student Center d. View Holds Click any of the links to view Holds, a To Do List, Enrollment Dates, Advisers, Other links, and More information about LOUIE
