This enhancement addresses RPE 1-2G7XDH. Banner Finance Self-Service 8.6 The Available Balance Drill enhancement originated with the Community Source Initiative and was contributed by McGill University. This enhancement addresses RPE 1-17GOF7 and ties with Finance 8.5.

Banner Finance 8.6 & Self-Service 8.5 Banner Finance 8.5 The Available Balance Drill enhancement adds capability to drill down from Budget Availability Status Form (FGIBAVL) to a new form listing the unposted documents from the Available Balance tables. The new form Transaction in Process Status (FGITINP) can also be accessed directly or from the menu. Banner Finance Self – Service 8.6 The Available Balance Drill enhancement adds capability to drill down from Budget Queries to a new report Status of Transactions in Process to view a listing of the pending documents from the Available Balance Tables.
