10. It is easy enough to be friendly to one's friends. But to befriend the one who regards himself as your enemy is the quintessence of true religion. The other is mere business. من السهل أن تصادق أصدقاءك. لكن أن تصادق من يعتبر نفسه عدوّك هو جوهر الدين الحقيقي. أما سوى ذلك، فهو محض تجارة.

11. In prayer it is better to have a heart without words than words without a heart. في الصلاة، من الأفضل أن يكون لديك قلب بلا كلمات عوضاً عن كلمات بلا قلب!

12. There is nothing that wastes the body like worry, and one who has any faith in God should be ashamed to worry about anything whatsoever.لا شيء يهدر الجسم مثل القلق، ومن له أيمان بالله يجب أن يخجل من قلقه على أي شيء!

13. To give service to a single heart by a single act is better than a thousand heads bowing in prayer. أن تخدم قلباً واحداً بعمل واحد خير من ألف رأس ساجد في الصلاة!

14. You must not lose faith in humanity. Humanity is an ocean; if a few drops of the ocean are dirty, the ocean does not become dirty. يجب ألاّ تفقد ثقتك بالبشرية. البشرية محيط ، وإذا كانت بضع قطرات منه وسخة فالمحيط لا يصبح وسخاً.

15. You must be the change you wish to see in the world. يجب أن تكون أنت التغيير الذي تريد أن تراه في العالم.
