TEAM-Mindanao: Venturing Into Conflict Areas Components: • Provision of ETV to 150 public schools in ARMM and Regions 9 and 12; • Production of a 10-part series on business and livelihood skills for out-of-school youth in conflict areas (for airing); and • Production of 10-part series on peace education for elementary intermediate level (for airing)
TEAM-Mindanao: Venturing Into Conflict Areas DELIVERABLES: • Raising of the Math, Science and English competencies of at least 50% of its end-users by at least 15% ; and • Use of educational television as an instructional tool by at least 85% of teachers in project sites.

Social Preparation: • Profile candidate schools and shortlist these as TEAMM schools (in coordination with OEd, EQuALLS partners, DepEd Division Offices and a check on KCFI data base) • Meet with and close MOAs with local cable operators (for technical service) and LGUs (for safety and security of eqpmnt)

The TEAMM-AMORE Partnership: Hand in Glove CALIBRATING ENERGY DEMANDS TO SERVICE EDUCATIONAL TELEVISION: • Match power supply with demand of ETV infrastructure • TVs with most economical power usage looked for and recommended to TEAMM • PV specs for ETV : 300 watt panels with energy demand of 549 watt hours/day
