Increased Staffing at major airports • In FY 07/08, 5 investigator positions were funded to work exclusively at the state’s major airports. CPSD staff have implemented an effective enforcement plan at the Los Angeles World Airport (see next slide), are working with airport authorities and local prosecutors, and are ramping up their presence at all other major California airports.
