OBJECTIVE WP2 Objective:To improve early identification, referral, service provision, protection and integration of VoTs among migrants in high risk sectors, refugees and unaccompanied children (by strengthening the capacities and enhancing the coordination between migration authorities, front line responders and anti-THB stakeholders in the participating countries)
TARGET GROUPS: Social Workers in reception centers (including those in charge of interviews); Law enforcement authorities, particularly border guards and asylum authorities (case officers); Social workers from other agencies (including NGOs); Outreach workers who are not necessarily in contact with potential victims within the reception centers but who reach out to them elsewhere.
LEARNING OBJECTIVES By the end of the course, participants will be better able to: Detect and contribute to the overall identification process for victims of THB Understand and take the necessary steps to refer potential victims of THB to appropriate assistance and protection schemes Offer initial information to potential victims of THB in a culturally, gender sensitive and age appropriate way
FORMAT Easily accessible to professionals on any device Not requiring an investment that would be time dependent (i.e. sitting at a desk at a given time and date or submitting assignments bound to a deadline Not requiring professionals to spend a significant amount of efforts and time in completing the course.
