  2. Jeopardy Plus! Directions • Similar to regular Jeopardy except when you answer a question you also need to explain why that topic is important for teachers to know. • Answering this “why” part will give you double points!

Directions Continued • To play, the class needs to be divided into 2 teams. • Each team needs to designate a team captain. • The team captains are responsible for raising their hands to provide the appropriate question to the given answer. • All team members may discuss what the appropriate question is before the team captain raises their hand.

  6. Adolescent Brain For 100 Question: What is the Hypothalamus? Why?? For adolescents, hormones and environment make this survival region a “hot button.” If basic survival needs are not met, educating will be difficult, if not impossible Main 

This area is responsible for the reasoning and decision making. If it is not fully developed, the individual may not be able to appropriately execute these tasks.
