  6. RZ-13-06-014 (Conventional Rezoning) Action Requested Make a finding of consistency with the Comprehensive Plan and approve the requested C-2 (General Commercial District) zoning, subject to the five (5) restrictions identified in the PZC Recommendation Staff Report.

  7. RZ-13-06-014 (Conventional Rezoning) Restrictions 1. New billboards and pole signs shall be prohibited; Development shall be limited to C-1 uses, plus the C-2 use of a portable food vendor (food truck) only; A portable food vendor truck may be located on-site between the hours of 7:00am-10:00pm daily only (no overnight parking/storage); A portable food vendor truck shall be setback a minimum of ten (10) feet from any public right-of-way, and a minimum of five (5) feet from any property line; and A portable food vendor truck shall no be located within any driveway, drive aisle or within any required parking spaces, pursuant to Orange County Code, Article XI, Chapter 28.
