Tips/ Guidelines • Dress appropriately • Invite response during your presentation (ask for questions ) • Add a bit of humor (not sarcasm) • Slow down (take a breath---dramatic pauses) • Proofread carefully (NO misspelled words) • Be consistent (fonts/ capitalization/ punctuation) • Pay attention to the timing of your slides • Finish on time!
Practice/ Rehearse • Practice • Practice • Practice • Make sure you can pronounce what you intend to say. • Make sure your time is correct (3- 5 minutes)
