SALIENT FEATURES Operation and maintenance Convenience:- • Working height of the machine is 1000mm as per latest international guidelines (JIS) for convenient operation, which is about 150mm lower than other manufacturers • Operator position to job loading position distance has been reduced by 125mm for easier, convenient, faster and fatigue free loading / unloading of the job. • Cartridge type wheel head spindle for easier maintenance / replacement. • Air breaker in the wheel guard to reduce vapor generation to increase coolant flow in Grinding zone.

SALIENT FEATURES Flexibility :- • Flexible machines – A straight head machine can be quickly converted to Angular head at user’s site. • Machine is offered optionally with rolling wheels to position the machine conveniently and quicker as per the layout requirements. Modular concept of design: • The extensive use of identical parts in a symmetrical design throughout the entire modular system ensures greater process stability and high availability. • Low inventory cost

SALIENT FEATURES Machine up time:- • User friendly alarm diagnostic for mechanical and process problems available on CNC screen for finding the fault in shortest time. • Better and compact filtration system with oil skimmer for environment friendly and better coolant life. Intelligent machines – Machine is programmed to receive critical inputs, analyze and generate alarm before permanent failure of parts/ assembly.

Latest Generation of Intelligent Machines Thermal Compensation System (TCS) :Heat causes machines to expand and contract which strongly affects machining accuracies our structures are designed to expand in symmetric direction and by adding a thermal deformation compensation system we achieve amazing thermo-stability. This system provides following advantages:- • Improved Machining accuracies. • Better productivity Intelligent Vibration Management (IVM): Critical inputs like vibrations are registered in the machine memory for the individual slides and spindles. The notify vibration signatures can be analyzed and compared to generate alarm before permanent failure of parts.

Latest Generation of Intelligent Machines Smart Maintenance Management (SMM): SMM monitors the status of perishable / replaceable / consumables items such as lubrication oil, filters and other critical units and generate alarm at certain frequency before actual stop of the machine. This monitoring is based on actual status and pre set life cycle of individual items. This gives tremendous help to avoid sudden down time of machine. Machine Up Time: • User friendly alarm diagnostic for mechanical and process problems are also available on Screen for finding fault in shortest time. • Intelligent Machines- are programmed to receive critical inputs, analyze and generate alarm before permanent failure of parts or assembly

Latest Generation of Intelligent Machines User friendly Screens :- • Easy and fast set up change. • No need to change in master program while changing the similar components. • Almost no involvement of operator with main program. • Less possibility of accident due to human error in program. Collision Elimination System (CES):- • Collision from program input mistake or wrong / careless manual movements during set up change are the major factor in machines Down Time. • This system improves machine availability for production and helps to maintain accuracy for long.
