Main objective of the dialogue Help Partners to raise the profile of culture within their own administrations and improve inter-ministerial cooperation Raise awareness about the importance of mapping processes, evidence/data gathering Help Partners in identifying tools that can assist them in policy reform: TAIEX, twinning Raise awareness of partners about the importance of reaching out to civil society and establishing dialogue structures Culture

What Instruments (1)? I. Eastern Partnership Culture Programme 2011-2014 3 million EUR capacity building component – RMCBU -provides technical assistance to address specific priority needs of public institutions and the region's cultural sector, 9 million EUR granted to civil society cultural organisations – profit and non-profit - and national and local institutions for 15 regional cooperation projects.
