  2. Knowledge Mapping Is a tool to better deal with negotiations and to prioritize interests, identify relevant players/ clients, identify client interests and needs, and plan and implement a plan to make a relationship better.

  3. Relational Databases A database where data is stored in tables in columns and rows. The tables hold records and each have attributes.

  4. Accountability Matrix Accountability matrix is used to organize all members in a project by assigning tasks and duties in different levels. A team member may be responsible for a facet of the project but could also just be informed on other facets. The matrix can organize these roles, the deadlines, and whether a task has been completed.

  5. Intranet The intranet connects computers/devices within a private network (business, organization). Often email systems are run partly in intranet. There is often a firewall to protect the intranet from the internet when necessary.

  7. Technology in KM Activity Determine the types of technology that you will use during your projects to keep the lines of communication open with stakeholders and with team members. Determine the types of project information that would be useful to capture in a relational database and how this would benefit the project. Research specialized knowledge management software tools and select the software that you could use during the project. Discuss
