2. Issue The industry of cosmetics is a growing and competitive field. So we wanted to make our products unique. We use natural ingredients instead of long term harmful chemicals. But getting the natural ingredients wasn’t the problem. We wanted to use renewable energy. Our main issue was now on how to get environmental friendly, renewable energy. But how?

3. Solution It’s pretty simple, we combine the new technology available with the resources that have been there all along. For example, wind speed and ocean tides. We decided to go with the option of ocean tides because it takes a lot of energy to move that amount of water. We use CETO, a wave energy system, it uses high pressure seawater. This system grants us with enough energy to manufacture our product.

4. BUSINESS CONCEPT The oceans provide us with natural resources. Our business uses some of the many. The key ingredients to our products comes from fish and whale . Fish scales that we get from big fish companies, contain a substance called Pearl Essence. This substance gives our products the shimmer it needs. Not only we “use fish” but literally the ocean powers our establishments.

5. Business Needs Royal Cosmetics is a company that sells natural cosmetics which are good for skin. Our suppliers are companies from all around the world. To power our factory we use a new technologic device call CETO. This energy converter uses the shore waves to develop electric energy. The key point of it, is to know where to build it. The tides have to be strong enough to produce sufficient energy to support our needs. We need to acquire weather data of every candidate place of where we can build this device. We basically need to stress looking throughout a lots of weather data to find the optimum location for our renewable energy “power plant.”
