Application Infrastructure Stability • Yearly maintenance is ongoing (training server resets, issues resolution, IGDB updates) • Update Server DB – Work began week of June 5 and will be ongoing throughout the project. There will be status updates each month on this category • Update Client DB -- Work began week of June 5 and will be ongoing throughout the project. There will be monthly status updates for this item.
Communications to Task Group • Project status updates at monthly TG meetings • Project status updates monthly to BOD Oversight Committee • Milestone reports will also be made available as the project reaches all milestones

When we’re not working on the current project: • Business rules, documentation, screenshots and mock ups are being prepared for work in 2015 • Ability to edit typos • Filter IGDB • Entry into the Project Screen
Change Management Process • Change will be managed for anything that significantly impacts the scope, time or budget for this project. • A change request form will be filled out by the person requesting the change* • Recorded in change log by PM upon notification • Reviewed by team weekly, by BOD monthly and reported on quarterly
