A Local Solution : • Referral through knowing – not a great use of Service directories • Good access to IT via the SWARHnet • Daily use of client management systems - in particular multiple sites using PJB Software Australia • Low cost

SOUTH WEST ALLIANCE OF RURAL HOSPITALS - Project Goals • Service Coordination Tools in an electronic form generated from an existing database • A form of security to secure transmission via email ensuring confidentiality • Agreed referral processes and practice including acknowledgement of receipt of referral and referral outcome.
