Product Quality Assurance Pre-Production Inspections During Production Inspections Random Inspections On-Site Checking Inspect the production batch and examine products in the line for possible defects. At this point, the deviations will be checked and products deviations can be identified and removed • It can begin after production. By a statistical method set by industry standards, the sample products will be verified for product safety, quantity, color, size, packing, and more On-Site Checking will be performed on-site during Pre-Production, During Production, and Final Random Inspections of bar code check, packaging, labelling, and other checks Inspection of raw materials and components before actual production begins. This process improves product quality and minimizes the chance of defects during production Product Quality assurance will help to protect your brand and your company’s reputation by minimizing defects from finished / semi-finished products through image processing
