1 month Energy system- anaerobic system increases and it will also increase the cardiovascular system slightly, the back hand will improve slightly over the next couple of months . Muscular increased muscle strength in the shoulder area and the forearm.
2 months • Muscular system, increased tendon strength. • Skeletal system, increased bone density.
6 months • Cardiovascular increased stroke volume. • Energy system, increase use of storage of fats and energy.
12 months Increase of cardiac hypertrophy. Decreased recovery time.
conclusion • Overall performance has increased more fluent shot on the back hand still bit stray with some shots but most are on target when playing games against opponents.
