  2. (ACCI) ADAPAZARI CHAMBER OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY ACCI;which has a vocational organ that operates according to the regulations which are prepared in the content of 5174 numbered of Turkish law. The aim of ACCI whichhas to accomplish the missions that are given by the government. And to serve about the meeting the necessities of its members and to contribute and to help improving for country and a city.

  3. THE STRCTURE OF ACCI NUMBER OF MEMBER’S . Joint Stock Companies; 609 Limited Companies ; 4.347 Owner Companies ; 3.025 Cooperatives; 420 General company ; 60 Limited Partnership; 4 Other ; 25 Total ; 8.490 Member 716 of our members are has the qualification as “manufacturer”

An existing conditions and implementations; According to the sentence of council of ministers with the number of 2005/9077 at the official paper, that is broadcasted at 08.07.2005 numbered 25869 , , According to30.article of 4857 numbered law of labour “ Labour places which employee 50 or more employers” ; ; The labour places have the obligation of developing disabled people according to below percentages; For private sector % 3, For public sector % 4, • (between these dates “1/1/2008 ila 31/12/2008” the same percentage is validation. • (R.G. 13.02.2008 dated, 26786 numbered sentence of Council of Ministers)

Thesanctions for the labourplaces which haven’taccomplish the obligation of developing disable people that’s why thathave a punishments The sanctions fort he administrator or busines which / who do not accomplish the obligation of developing to disablepeople although they are obliged;; A Company which has developing a disabled people , will be for each quota of disabled personal and will be fined for each month . A punishment of fine amount of “not deploying disabled personal “ is 1.375,00 YTL for every month “

Over total employee 50 which provides employing only disable employing; The obligatory employing politic which become applied can not have fetched clear to a disable employing problem solution unfortunately until a today. A Tax loads over the employing must absolutely be reduced , Disableemploying politic out of essential and must be made together develop with our private sector mutual consciousness , Understanding and realistic approaches must be done .

  10. THINGS TO DO. Our Employers, knobbed our country which lives inside, social sensitive to your problem for humans An aimed at a disable employing subject and you do not make become they work (A seminar, conferans,face by face interviews etc on.)

  11. THINGS TO DO. • The importance must be given to the disable people education • At this subject (TEA)-ACCI-(SU)- Centrum of Public Educations ,Colleges and a profession managements and a whole related institution and establishment must form common politics for a result Projects .

  12. THINGS TO DO. An aimed to disable employing mechanisms must slip into the circuit. An employers which gives importance to disable employing must be given an any advantages ofdone . ( a price for reduction of electrics,water,telephone,internet connection,natural gas etc.on)
