DASAR PERATURAN • UNDANG-UNDANG NO 5 TAHUN 1960 TENTANG PERATURAN POKOK-POKOK AGRARIA • PERATURAN PEMERINTAH NO 24 TAHUN 1997 TENTANG PENDAFTARAN TANAH • PERATURAN MENTERI NEGARA AGRARIA/ KEPALA BADAN PERTANAHAN NASIONAL NO 3 TAHUN 1997 TENTANG KETENTUAN PELAKSANAAN PERATURAN PEMERINTAH NO 24 TAHUN 1997

  3. DASAR HUKUM PENGUKURAN DAN PEMETAANKADASTRAL I. Pasal 19 UUPA  Bahwa untuk menjamin kepastian hukum oleh Pemerintah diadakan Pendaftaran tanah di seluruh wilayah Republik Indonesia.  • Kegiatan pendaftaran tanah harus meliputi, kegiatan : • Pengukuran, pemetaan dan pembukuan tanah • Pendaftaran hak-hak atas tanah dan peralihan hak-hak tersebut • Pemberian surat-surat tanda bukti hak • PP No. 24 tahun 1997 tentang Pendaftaran Tanah • PMNA/KBPN No. 3 tahun 1997 tentang Ketentuan Pelaksanaan • PP No. 24/1997

  4. Pengukuran Perpetaan Pembukuan NIB Pembukuan Hak Kedudukan Pengukuran dalam Kegiatan Pendaftaran Tanah • Penunjukan batas • Pematokan batas • Pengukuran bidang • Pengisian formulir 5. Pengumuman 6. Sanggahan / keberatan Sertipikat 7. Penerima sertipikat
