AMERILLUMBRANDS, our parent company, has been in business since 2001 serving a localized lighting market building custom fluorescent lighting for the energy-conscious retrofit marketplace. • Alumen8was conceived as a new division on October 20, 2003. • January 1st, 2011 the Alumen8 division is divided into two brands: Alumen8Architecturaland Alumen8Energy, known simply as 8A and 8E. • 8A focuses on mid-tier architectural specification projects. • 8E products are geared towards ESCO’s, utility affiliates and lighting retrofit companies.   • The 8A division as a whole is dedicated to supporting our customers in achieving greater energy efficiency and substantial cost savings through better quality lighting. At 8A, we work closely through specification channels with engineers, architects and lighting designers to achieve their illumination goals on a project-by-project basis. • 8A offers a broad array of architectural specification grade interior and exterior lighting fixtures utilizing numerous light sources from fluorescent to LED.

  4. NATURE OF BUSINESS: Design and Manufacturing of Commercial Electrical Lighting Fixtures. The product offering is targeted at nationwide markets that include Energy Savings 8E & Mid-Tier Architectural 8A TYPES OF PRODUCTS: Commercial Electrical Lighting Fixtures utilizing various lamp sources i.e. fluorescent, induction, incandescent in numerous configurations aimed at the needs of the target markets. Products are designed to customer’s unique project oriented specifications and/or offered as standard cataloged products as members of “families” of fixtures, the families are oriented to specific lighting applications.
