  1. PCARSS eTools Reports Go to the DCMA Website at http://www.dcma.mil. Click Plant Clearance (PCARSS). Click PCARSS Reports.

  2. PCARSS eTools Reports Click on the report title to open a report (for example click the On Hand Case Summary Report to get a listing of cases on hand as of a specified date. Enter Date, District, DoDaac and PLCO Code. Use shift to select a range of DoDaacs/ PLCO Codes or Ctrl to select two or more specific DoDaacs/PLCO Codes. Click Apply Parameters

  3. PCARSS eTools Reports Report can be filtered to show cases for a specific contract, CAGE (Prime, 1st or 2nd Tier), Agency Dept Code, Case Type Code, Property Class or Property Subclass. Report can be exported to several types of files for example an Excel or Lotus Spreadsheet Click Export Data and select type of File. Click Export Data

  4. PCARSS eTools Reports The Informal MIR Report can be used to prepare the Quarterly DD 1638 Report. Select Informal MIR Report by QTR Enter District (Service), Select Quarter, DoDaac and PLCO Code (can also default to all DoDaacs and/or all PLCOs for summary data by District/Service. Click Submit Query

  5. PCARSS eTools Reports Report provides totals for Cases Opened, Closed, Withdrawn and On Hand as well as Cases Overage and Cases Completed on Time. Report also provides summary data showing disposition actions for all cases closed during the quarter.
