  6. Contract Registration

  7. Commercial Activity 7

  8. Information Interaction Data Exchange (UN/EDIFACT): CODECO – Confirmation of entry to, or departure from, the terminal of containers via road or rail transport CUSCAR – Import cargo manifests (bills of lading) BAPLIE – Unloading list, and container shipboard placement map (export and import) COPRAR – Loading list

  9. Rendered Services

  10. Payment Calculation for Rendered Services

  11. Container Terminal Topology Editor Each container can be viewed for details and its location within the terminal. The container terminal topology can be changed in the topology editor included in the system.

  12. Vessel Operations

  13. Vessel Bay Plan Editor Each vessel’s cargo plan can be created using a special editor.

  14. Receiving Containers Imported by Vessels

  15. Monthly Planning of Vessel Processing A preliminary monthly vessel call schedule is created in the system.

  16. Vessel call scheduling Information regarding containers to be discharged and vessel call schedules is sent from the service center to the container terminal. Vessel berthing is registered in the system.

  17. Loading / Unloading Scheduling The system includes container unloading scheduling. The unloading plan is sent to the crane operator. 17

  18. Container Unloading from a Vessel

  19. Unloading Containers from a Vessel Various layouts for unloading containers from a vessel with subsequent transfer to the warehouse are supported in the system. 19

  20. Container Registration by Tallyman The tallyman registers containers in the system via a radio terminal.

  21. Receiving by a Tallyman A record of the tallyman operationand container inspection certificates are created in the system after the tallyman has received a load.

  22. Registration of Vessel Call Loading and Unloading Operations

  23. Container Putaway After a container is registered by the tallyman, the system will search for a storage location based on putaway rules and strategies.

  24. Handling Equipment Management The system supports all types of load handling equipment at the terminal.

  25. Container Putaway The system issues jobs to handling equipment operators for putting away containers to their destination location.

  26. Location Addressing inSolvo.CTMS

  27. Location Addressing inSolvo.CTMS

  28. Location Addressing inSolvo.CTMS

  29. REF Site Management SOLVO.TOS sends tasks to the refrigerator operator to connect/disconnect REF-containers.

  30. Blocking RTG Rows The system blocks locations or rows in RTG stacks for container putaway, if a row has container that are assigned to be moved.

  31. GPS Integration Containers are allocated at the terminal with the use of GPS and container pick-up sensors.

  32. Konecranes C-Pics and Kalmar Smartrail Integration SOLVO.CTMSintegrates with vehicle-born positioning systems via RS-232.

  33. Export Container Forwarding by Vessels

  34. Load Planning SOLVO.CTMS enables automatic planning of shipments by type, weight class and hazard class.

  35. Load Planning

  36. Container Loading onto Vessels The system issues tasks to handling equipment operators to move containers under a crane. The tallyman registers container loading onto the vessel.

  37. Operative Monitoring and Analytics

  38. Gate Operations

  39. Delivery of Export Container via Road Transport

  40. Time Slotting The time slotting feature is used by the management system to distribute handling equipment workload when processing trucks.

  41. Web-Portal

  42. Web Portal The container terminal’s customers can send truck visits requests via SOLVO’s web portal.

  43. Accreditation of Drivers and Vehicles

  44. Truck Visit Registration TheSOLVO.DMS system handles all necessary procedures regarding the registration of truck visits.

  45. Road Transport Registration A list of containers to be loaded or unloaded with the assigned truck is sent from SOLVO.DMS toSOLVO.CTMS.

  46. Road Transport Registration Vehicle in-gate and out-gate operations are managed and tracked by the gate operator via a workstation interface or radio terminal.

  47. Trailer Registration The tallyman enters the truck’s containerdescription via the radio terminal.

  48. Container Repair • Depending on the container damage, the MS: • Moves the container to a stack • Enables “on-site repair” • Moves the container to a repair zone • Rejects the container from being received

  49. Unloading Containers from a Shuttle Car SOLVO.CTMS по правилам обработки автоплатформ определяет момент постановки автоплатформы в ячейку обработки. Затемвыдает работу оператору ричстакерана выгрузку контейнера с автоплатформы и егоразмещение в зону хранения. An operator confirms the completion of a job via the radio terminal, after which the shuttle car moves on to the next processing location.
