  2. About Project New workshops and admin block for Rugby School’s Estates Department delivered as a self-build.

  3. The challenge The Estates Office building is a rectangular steel frame structure. It is clad in Scottish Larch, in two different finishes. The defining element of this building is the feature wall facing the playing fields which is deeply splayed and clad in a contrasting timber finish. The full height, full width brise soleil adds interest to this facade whilst providing shading to the large glazed open plan office.

The project was delivered by Rugby School's Estates team. Clear communication was critical to ensure the on-site process went smoothly.
