Being SMART in Setting Goals R- relevant • The goal should be aligned/consistent with other goals. • The goal should fit into the broader scope of what you want to accomplish in life; your direction.
Being SMART in Setting Goals T- time oriented • The goal should be linked to a timeframe. • When a timeframe is associated with a goal it provides a sense of urgency.
