Club membership chairman duties • Purpose of position – promote, project, share, encourage, proud • Qualifications of position – time, patience, energy, goodwill, positive attitude • Ongoing responsibilities • Process and follow up on new member referrals and transfers (building relationships) • Update GFWC/GFWC Georgia with membership roster – file annual report • Prepare and present anniversary and award recognitions • Be a conduit of information • Answer email/calls promptly (Monday is for membership!) • Be informed (trainings, publications, yearbook) and informative • Meet membership challenges • Recognize, celebrate and share success stories! ….Happily Ever After!
