  8. AQTF 2007 - Regulator Engagement • All RTOs are risk rated as • ‘low’ • ‘medium’ • ‘high’ • Based solely on past audit performance, complaints history and data from Quality Indicators Risk Management Guidelines

  9. AQTF 2007 - Regulator Engagement The Risk Management Guidelines specify a set of Business Rules Example- When an RTO rated low risk applies for extension of scope the registering body may approve the application with or without a desk audit. Risk Management Guidelines

AQTF 2007 - Regulator Engagement Training and/or assessment that leads to a licensed or regulatory outcome Where a memorandum of agreement has been established with an industry regulator, an application for registration must be audited in accordance with the agreement. Monitoring audits are conducted in accordance with the memorandum of agreement. Risk Management Guidelines
