  2. How to play Sepak Takraw is a sport played primary in Southeast Asia especially in Malaysia. It is similar to Volleyball, only you kick the ball instead of using your -hands. The ball, called The Rattan, is woven out of plastic, some times straw. The game is played with two teams consisting of three players. There is the back, who stands at the back, the right inside and the left inside who stand on the right and left sides. It is played on a court with a net about the size of a badminton net, with a circle drawn in the middle of both sides. A semi-circle is drawn on around the posts of the net. • A team consisting of 3 members is called Regu. Two teams compete for higher scores by spiking a ball into the opponents court.

He kicks the ball up and over the net. • Step 2 • Pass the ball to the other team using only your feet and head. Play continues until a team, makes a fault is made, the other team scores and serves. The set is over when a team scores 21 points. If the game is tied at 20 points, the set continues until 25 points as scored.

  5. Step 3 • Start the next set after the designated amounts of points are scored. The teams change sides of the court, and the team that lost the previous set serves. When a team wins two sets, a new Regu is started. • Step 4 • The second Regu is played the same way. The first person to win, Regus wins the game.
