Recording Narrations in powerpoint Select the Slideshow Tab and selection options. • Play Narrations: Narrations will be played automatically when you start the slide show • Use Timings: All timings set up in the slide show will be used • Show media Controls: you will see the sound icon during your presentation

  3. Recording Narrations in powerpoint When the recording starts, this box will appear: Select Start Recording to begin. Recording time after resuming Total recording time Advance slide Play/ pause Repeat

  4. Recording Narrations in powerpoint End your slide show recording by right-clicking on the last slide, and then click ‘End Show.’ You can also pause a recording here.

  5. Recording Narrations in powerpoint Clear Recordings using the same menu used to start recording.
