Deadline • Additional requirements for pay • Deductions need set up • Employees time needs entered/pulled in • Potentially retro’ s need calculated & added • Current payroll schedule - • Posted on payroll website: http://www.utoledo.edu/offices/controller/payroll/pdfs/payschedule2014.pdf • Due dates for PAs to be in HRTD with all appropriate approvals are Tuesday’s of non-pay week. • Schedule is changed when there is a Holiday • Working on FY 2015 schedule
