Emotional health is part of your overall health. It is about how we think and feel. Emotional health is all about recognising how you feel and being able to cope with a range of feelings Having good emotional health doesn’t mean you are always happy – it just means that you can cope with a range of feelings and bounce back from times when you feel bad.
