Band and choir awards, a fully active drama department, private piano lessons, Christian value-based coaches for athletes, debate club, photography club, and the National Honor Society organization offer numerous venues for community work.
Breaking All Barriers Presentation Features Panelist Stacie Rine Fantasy of Flight, an aviation attraction in Polk City, Florida, held its 2012 presentation, Breaking all Barriers: Amazing Women in American History symposium in the Carrier Deck room, where panelist Stacie Rine joined other women luminaries of the field of flight in sharing the highlights of her U.S. Navy career as a Lockheed P-3C Orion pilot, as well as an instructor of Beechcraft C-12’s.
Stacie Rine Follows Love of Flying as a U.S. Navy Pilot Stacie Rine found her life career of flying after taking a flight in Polk County, Florida. Joining the Civil Air Patrol, Rine took lessons in a Cessna 182, earning a private pilot rating. Stacie Rine subsequently joined the U.S. Navy through her attendance and graduation from the U.S. Naval Academy in Annapolis, and took naval flying training at NAS Pensacola. Stacie Rine’s Academy graduation was in 1995, and she has served 4 combat deployments, during Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom.
