Phase INovember 2009 – February 2010 • Health care workforce experts and other stakeholders will participate in the preliminary draft of the State Health Plan • Focus groups will brainstorm and decide on content and format draft of plan sections • Preliminary findings will be presented at statewide health care symposium • Stakeholders will be invited to provide additional information and input

  8. Phase IIFebruary 2010 – April 2010 • Information and input from stakeholders will be considered for inclusion in the DRAFT State Health Plan • DRAFT State Health Plan Completed • DRAFT State Health Plan will be presented to the SHCC at April 2010 meeting

  9. Phase IIIApril 2010 – July 2010 • SHCC will approve to publish the DRAFT State Health Plan for a 30-day comment period • All comments will be considered and responded to and published with the Final State Health Plan • Final State Health Plan will be presented to SHCC at the July 2010 meeting for approval

  10. Phase IVJuly 2010 – October 2010 • Preparation of the 2011 – 2016 State Health Plan • 2011 – 2016 State Health Plan will be delivered to the Governor by October 31, 2010 • 2011 – 2016 State Health Plan will be distributed to the Legislature
