Budget cont’d • So where does that leave us? • About 60 organizations attend E-Council • $62,700 can go fast • Treasurer is currently working on a few options for the disbursement method. They will be presented (and voted upon) next meeting. • If you have any comments or concerns, please email me soon or voice them at the next meeting.
Expo contract reimbursement The following organizations will be reimbursed directly to the account associated with your EIN #: • $700 IEEE • $350 SWE • $280 Baja SAE • $210 EWB • $140 HKN • $560 BMES • $140 AWS • $420 IEEE-GSB • $350 ECOS • $490 MSE • $350 TPEG • $350 SASE • $420 AIAA I have checks for these organizations: Please come see me after the meeting for your check!! • $140 TBP • $420 ASEE • $140 APM • $140 PSR • $700 IIE • $280 ESW • This transfer will be complete a week from tomorrow (Friday, November 18th) • Check with your account manager to verify
SWE Career fair • Contracts filled!!Thank you! • SWE would like to ask E-Council to boost the contract positions by paying volunteers for training: • $25/hr/volunteer • This would amount to $2,900 • Please consider the offer. It will help all organizations who have contracts at the SWE fair
